She offers trauma informed, holistic and creative art therapy to support those who have mental health and wellbeing concerns. Carol specialises in supporting women and children who are neurodivergent, struggle with anxiety, emotional challenges and trauma.
Carol has experience working with children in both groups and individual sessions. She offers Art Therapy to children in a playful and mindful manner that has proven to enhance their capacity to focus and relax. Adults and seniors also have been part of Carol’s clientele.
By being inspired by colour, texture and imagination, art therapy is a process of creating a safe space for compassionate connection.
Creative non-verbal therapy, followed by reflection and counselling can work wonders for individuals and groups.
By exploring, discovering and reflecting on a range of well-being and art themes, clients can use their creativity to tap into their innate power for growth and healing.
Art therapy is about engaging creatively with who we are, what happened to us, and how our lives are affected.
Art can assist us on our journey of self-awareness by touching the very deepest part of us, where non verbal communication can build a bridge to present moment awareness and integration towards healing.
Carol works on Dharawal country. For bookings out of area please enquire via website contact.
